We will utilise your personal data in order to provide you with the services that we offer; these may include (but are not limited to) flights, personal concierge services, yacht, car and helicopter travel; as well as hotel or other accommodation, vacation and business tours, bespoke trips to different global locations including attending and taking part in various events, or going to restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as the use of chauffeur-driven vehicles, and real estate purchase, plane purchase, car purchase, medical treatment, holistic health treatment, educational courses, and additional products. To that end,we have to request certain data about you in order to fulfil the important obligations on our part, as clearly listed in the contract that you enter into with us whenever you book a chartered flight, concierge services, or any other additional services.
- User Account: Whenever you set up an account on our website or app, you provide us with the essential data which enables our company to provide you with various services (for example: your ability to manage your personal settings and bookings).
- To communicate with you in regard to your booking or enquiry: We will utilise the contact data which you have previously given us in order to interact with you in regard to your booking, flight or concierge enquiry, and to furnish you with the necessary data related to your enquiry.

Furthermore, our technology developers and providers could utilise your information in order to fix issues or create new features on our website or app. Moreover, if we provide information to third parties for the purpose of us obtaining statistical services or data analysis, we will only ever send them pseudonymised, anonymised aggregated data.
Payment providers and other financial institutions: Should you require a chargeback after you have made your booking, we may have to share the details of your booking with the financial institution that you used. This data could comprise the IP address you used to make your reservation, and a copy of your booking confirmation.
